It summer, which mean hot weather, this is the time of year that we sweat little more, so here are some tips for help with the sweating for the summer and all year around.

Tip 1: Make sure using antiperspirant, and not just deodorant.
This may sound funny, but sometime people get confused between antiperspirant and deodorant. Antiperspirant helps stop the sweating, while deodorant helps with B.O. Just make sure, the product you buy said deodorant/antiperspirant to help with odor and sweating.

Tip 2: Use a stronger antiperspirant.
All antiperspirant has different level of aluminum. The different level active ingredient is between 12%-25%. Make sure your antiperspirant is strong enough for you.

Tip 3: Shave under your arms.
If you have hair under your arms, it can make it appear that you are sweat more than you really do. The reason is the hair locks the moisture that gets from your sweat.

Tip 4: Use antiperspirant at night.
By using it at night, it gives the antiperspirant time to block some of your sweat glands, because you sweat less at night. You can put some more on in morning for extra protection.

Something you need to know: FDA (Food and Drug Administration) requires that all antiperspirant have aluminum. Therefore, you will not be able to find an antiperspirant without some type of aluminum.

So, are you going to try any of these tips or have you already tried some of them? Did they work for you? Also, do you have any tips to help with sweating. Let me know in the comments.
